A special shoutout to Jessie who was incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. I was up for my 6 month renewal with my previous provider and initially only reached out to State farm for a quote to compare costs and ensure I was still paying fair rates. ( I did not intend to actually switch ) To my surprise, I ended up with a better overall understanding of insurance, MORE coverage on all of my policies and somehow saved a few bucks in the process!
